Sinopsis

Estrategias de Convivencia Escolar y Desarrollo de Habilidades Socioemocionales en Niños aborda la intersección crítica entre el bienestar afectivo y el éxito pedagógico en la etapa infantil. Esta obra propone que la escuela debe trascender la instrucción técnica para consolidarse como un entorno de socialización donde la convivencia se construye de forma activa. Se examina cómo el clima de aula, fundamentado en el respeto y la colaboración, actúa como un catalizador indispensable para el aprendizaje cognitivo profundo. Mediante un análisis riguroso, se establece que las relaciones interpersonales no son el telón de fondo de la educación, sino su núcleo más relevante. Se desarrollan marcos conceptuales modernos, como el modelo CASEL, para estructurar la enseñanza de competencias sociales. La narrativa técnica vincula los hallazgos de la neurociencia afectiva con las prácticas de aula para ofrecer una visión integral del desarrollo humano. Se analiza la función del docente como una figura de apego secundaria capaz de proporcionar seguridad emocional y resiliencia en contextos de vulnerabilidad. El libro enfatiza que la regulación emocional y la empatía requieren un entrenamiento sistemático apoyado por la coherencia entre el hogar y la institución educativa. La obra también ofrece un catálogo de estrategias prácticas validadas empíricamente, tales como los círculos restaurativos y la mediación entre pares. Estas metodologías transforman el conflicto en una oportunidad pedagógica que fortalece el tejido comunitario del centro escolar. El aprendizaje cooperativo y la disciplina positiva se presentan como alternativas efectivas al control punitivo tradicional.
