Pedagogical knowledge of the teacher in the academic training of inces students

The article described below investigates the experiences and pedagogical knowledge of the teachers who work at the INCES Educational Unit in the Lara Region, in which the pedagogical praxis of teachers at the levels from 1st to 6th year of school was observed and analyzed. Basic Education. The methodology to obtain this information was necessary to talk about the experiences and knowledge of each of the teachers who work there at the different levels of basic education, from their training as teachers and then due to various circumstances they have ventured into the training of teachers. new productive high school graduates that this study house is forming, where they have had to learn pedagogical work without having the necessary conditions for their training as young people and adults as high school students of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. The results show their lived experiences and the pedagogical knowledge around the educational praxis of teachers who have to go to the field of work having limitations in their development of the educational task when fulfilling their pedagogical processes due to their academic training for construction of professional teaching knowledge.
